I am always open to listening to conspiracy theories. If I didn’t have a forever-open mind, I would not be where I am today with my health; I’d be stuck having listened to alleged authorities who supposedly are educated and know more about what I am suffering with than I do.
Don’t misunderstand. I did listen and place trust in people who I thought could help me at first, but in doing so, they ended up making me much worst off, which I don’t believe was their intention, but is what resulted from their attempt to help me regardless.
So I researched every “alternative” approach I could, not disregarding a single thing, no matter how strange or even ridiculous it may sound.
I learned and discovered an immense amount, by simply keeping an open mind.
I am also a long-time student of the law.
As one law professor once said to me, “the law makes you THINK differently.”
Boy was he ever right on that assessment.
I learned to see things from a whole new perspective, to analyze information in a way I never had before, most importantly learning how to be aware of assumptions I was making, and how to better discern exactly what was going on, and what the core issues really were in relation to ideas that may be being either deliberately or unintentionally misinterpreted or misrepresented.
How does all of this apply to the fitness industry?
One of the core functions behind the law is to regulate commerce.
It is my theory, that a great deal of what is presented in the area of fitness is actually *designed* to promote on-going commerce.
Meaning:
And bear with me here…
For decades now, the research has been ignored that demonstrates repeatedly that a proper diet, (one that happens to differ from what the food pyramid promotes), along with a minimal amount of *properly performed exercise*…yields absolutely amazing results for MOST people.
The techniques, such as those taught in my FacelessFatloss program, simply tend to work, repeatedly, for the majority of us.
Yet the food pyramid remains in place, and the exercise techniques…those found in the endless, similar, insanity-work-your-ass-off programs…continue to be promoted literally decade after decade now (because they DO provide TEMPORARY results, while unfortunately adjusting the metabolism against us) as if to DELIBERATELY…keep people perpetually just a bit (or very) overweight, and to be able to continually promote exercise programs, in conjunction with the food pyramid, that produce sales for these products…
Over…
And over…
And over again.
I can’t help but see it as something of a “conspiracy.”
If any event keeps happening over and over again, to the benefit of a third party(s), taking advantage of “secrets,” that are known but not widely publicized…how can it be anything but?
Love, Happiness, Health and Peace…………..Tim
