America’s Favorite Fast Food List came out today.

Want to get fat, sick and die extra-soon?

It’s easy and even fun!

Just visit just about any of the latest list of America’s favorite fast food restaurants per the list below.

List is based on sheer sales.  Hence, a LOT of people spending money on processed, old, toxin-loaded, poisoned, over-sugared, over-greased/fatted, health-destroying food:

1. McDonalds

2. Subway

3. Starbucks

4. Wendy’s

5. Burger King

6. Toco Bell

7. Dunkin Donuts

8. Pizza Hut

9. KFC

…(And I really need to stop, I’m getting nauseated just making this list).

Some surprises in there, but a lot of the old standard expected ones in there as well.

“…ullgh…ummmph…mmmph….ugghhh”

(Sorry, just a little vomit in my mouth)…

Subway: I will have an occasional Subway sandwich on the weekends.  I’ll opt for their mayo as the topping but only in 1/4 the amount they’d normally use, and load the veges on my turkey and cheeze italian roll.

These sandwiches taste almost “sweet” to me, like I’m eating some sort of dessert.

And, without exception, I don’t feel all that great afterwards.

But it’s one of my “fun foods” that I can cheat with, and I might do a Toco Bell if I’m desperate (but haven’t for years now).

The last time I had McDonalds, about five years or so ago (I had a few fries from my friend’s batch) I arrived home (we were on the road) with a raging headache, feeling like total crap and almost threw up.

If you’re interested in my health fat loss program at facelessfatloss.com…do not expect me to suggest any form of fast food be included in your diet, except on a very minimal basis, and ordering the blandest of choices, only for cheating or desperation if food is needed and nothing else is around.

There’s a reason these foods taste good.  They are designed to addict you, and get you buying more.  They have stock holders to answer to in most (all?) of these cases.

Just because it’s edible, does NOT mean it is in any way healthy food.

It just means it won’t instantly kill you.

But it might instantly make you feel like total crap.

Gym Etiquette: Do NOT talk to me when I’m mid-exercise…Thanks.

It’s a pet peeve those of us have who have been going to gyms for a long time, are there mostly for business (with just a bit of social distraction) and need to focus and get our work done…

We’re right in the middle of some pretty tough reps, basically going an 80% to all-out 100%, and someone will ask if we’re going to the next machine or (whatever other question).

It is frustrating, since we can’t understand how the third party can’t tell that we’re in a mode of concentrated exertion.

And that being distracted could even lead to injury under certain circumstances.

So please…it’s important:

Just let the person finish out what they’re doing, and allow them a few seconds to catch their breath and recover.  If you interfere in the middle of their set you will either frustrate them a great deal, or possibly even create an injury situation, neither of which you want to do.

It seems like common sense, but it happens just often enough that it needs to be mentioned.  Perhaps some people are not at the gym working as hard or seriously as others.  So there may be a lack of perspective and understanding in that regard.

Just know that a great many of us there ARE serious about what we’re doing, and to always wait until we’ve finished a set and taken a few breaths before you ask them anything or comment.

And please don’t stand next to the machine as if you’re impatiently waiting.

That often just outright pisses us off.  Find something else to do just like we do in the same situation.  The body parts do NOT have follow exact sequences the vast majority of the time.

Enough said.
