Doctors or Guns; Which are MORE Dangerous?

I don’t do politics when it comes to teaching people about health, wellness and weight loss.

But I do inform people to the best of my ability based on documentation and my personal and second-hand experience.

The below video is not intended to be a “pro-gun” video in presenting it on my site

That may be the uploader’s intentions, but they are not mine.  My personal feelings on weapons/guns are private and not worthy of debate nor even addressing in my message to everyone here.

I embedded it here solely to show you some statistics and proof about the dangers involved in depending on a doctor to solve our problems.

Doctors nearly killed me with their poisons.  And left me in a lot of pain for a very long time, only making things worse.

So perhaps I’m biased.

But it seems many doctors have their own little biases, and ones that work dramatically against our well-being.

Watch the video to see my point:

My “Faceless” Fatloss Persona:

It shouldn’t surprise me, but it still does…people on the video outlets wondering why they can’t see my head, etc.

Part of it is likely because places like YouTube do not have the long description fields any longer, that enabled the person to describe who they are and what they’re about.  More of this kind of question has definitely surfaced since the changes were made.

I explain more on the Home page above about why I’m Faceless, but I do not go into a lot of detail.

I thought it was time I did,  just to expand on it from a perspective I’ve never presented before:

I”ve been into the self-improvement field for a very long time.  I had to be, since I had so many challenges growing up that impacted the quality of my life in severe ways…such as the panic attacks and depression.

A part of being so involved in self-improvement seems to have to…in my opinion…tip over into a person’s personal philosophies and spiritual beliefs about the nature of “Life.”

One of the greatest discoveries I ever came across, one that helped me find a tremendous sense of peace and well-being, was in the art of negating, as much as possible…the ego.

Essentially, learning how to see the mind and thought processes, and all of the accompanying emotions which are for most of us all too often a negative thing…as something that is somewhat separate from who the real “you” is.

For me, this venture was profound and paradigm-shifting on a monumental scale.  It changed who I was, and enabled me to achieve states of peace I’d never before experienced.

The ego…that thing we normally refer to as “me”…has a need to defend itself at all times.  To explain it from a teacher’s standpoint whom I respect, any idea that threatens the “me’s” sense of how things are, is ultimately akin to a sort of “death threat.”  The ego demands that ideas it knows are adhered to, and demands that others fit into that world view.

If one can live without the demands of the ego, one has a lot less to “defend,” and tends to be a lot more “open minded,” for lack of a better “non-mind” explanation.  (Yes, I realize that sounds a little funny).

This approach to life has served me well.

And when I began teaching on the internet more about my lifestyle and what I’ve learned, it was imperative to me that what I taught, I was not chained to; I refuse to stop moving forward in my life and sense of accomplishment, and that will always mean that I remain open to the idea that I may be wrong about something that I believe is accurate.  This is vital not only to be able to help myself in my on-going maintenance of my health, but even more importantly in being able to help others effectively without having a needed bias about which modality I might choose, that might in turn help someone else.

No needs to defend myself and be bound to only one way or the highway…no ego need to prove I’m right to anyone, at any costs.

This is an unfortunate plague of human kind in my opinion.  The ego can be so in control, so overbearing, that a person will adhere to concepts just out of a need to defend one’s self, even if it is at that person’s expense, or worse…at the expense of others.

I want no part of that.

Having no face associated with who I am affords me a little privacy, and a little mysterious fun, while putting focus on my body where the fat-loss results are.

…But it also keeps myself free to, in a sense, be anyone I need to be to be able to be of the most service to others.

Olympian Diets, Fitness, Bodies, Focus:

I am definitely a big fan of the Olympics.  I look forward to this every two years, enjoying the summer Olympics more, but never missing certain parts of the winter games either.

I’m not a huge sports fan, and never have been.  I’ve followed pro football since I was a kid, as well as men’s/women’s tennis, and gymnastics, since it was long a part of my family.

But the Olympics are much more than a competition to me.  Much much more.

It’s almost a spiritual thing for me, since the main competitors for each person or team are…in my opinion…

…Themselves.

This is not so much a series of games for me, but more a celebration of humanity and individual accomplishment.

About 80 countries that attend out of the 200-plus have never even won any kind of medal, ever.

Tonight, the men’s gymnastics just finished, along with women’s and men’s swimming.  These sports are unquestionably all about the person competing against themselves, to perform their best, to strive for the most optimal physical performance they can manage.

Competitors do “win” along the way, but if the person is not in tip-top form…physically, mentally, spiritually…they will not be where they need to be to produce the best showing.

Hence the competition against themselves, and hence the joy of just witnessing the accomplishment in each game.

I may have a fairly slim and ripped body, as you’ve seen from my videos.

I’m in pretty darn good shape, thanks to my lifestyle.

But make no mistake…

These people, granted most are half…or MORE…(a 17 year old girl swimming right now)…my age ;), have a *much* higher level of conditioning than I do.

Much.

Getting slim and fit is easy.

Living a life built around being the best that you can be is a bit more of a challenge.

But it all ties in together.

And we owe it to ourselves, and to the rest of humanity, to put in the best that we have.

Aluminum-Free Deodorant Roll-On:

I’ve been using Magnesoothe’s products for years now, and have had nothing but great results.  We FINALLY have a roll-on available that I’ve been testing for the past two months, being basically the same product as the Magnecharge spray.

Huge advantage over the damn aluminum-containing options as the grocery store, that have angered me for almost ten years now.  Aluminum and Alzheimers, that’s an association that was more than enough for me to change my products in a hurry.

Even if nothing can be proven conclusively (even though the current existing literature on it is plenty good enough by most people’s standards) we know aluminum is a heavy metal that interferes with the body in a negative way…like lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic.

Why then, would someone ever CHOOSE to apply a toxic metal to their bodies when there are far healthier options?

On top of this the vast majority of people have a magnesium deficiency.  Up the body’s magnesium, and watch your stress levels go down along with a host of other really pronounced benefits.

“No,” the magnesium roll-on does not work in the same way as the antiperspirants and deodorants we’ve come to know over the past so many decades.  It does require repeat application and does not have antiperspirant qualities.

But I personally do not WANT antiperspirant qualities, since I want my body to excrete what it needs to when and how it needs to, and I’m happy to give my body just a little bit of extra and absorb-able magnesium as an added bonus every few hours.

Has a great spearmint scent that is very pleasing, and blocks odor as well as any decent deodorant, but without all the risks, and with nothing but benefits as far as I can discern.

Why use any other.

America’s Favorite Fast Food List came out today.

Want to get fat, sick and die extra-soon?

It’s easy and even fun!

Just visit just about any of the latest list of America’s favorite fast food restaurants per the list below.

List is based on sheer sales.  Hence, a LOT of people spending money on processed, old, toxin-loaded, poisoned, over-sugared, over-greased/fatted, health-destroying food:

1. McDonalds

2. Subway

3. Starbucks

4. Wendy’s

5. Burger King

6. Toco Bell

7. Dunkin Donuts

8. Pizza Hut

9. KFC

…(And I really need to stop, I’m getting nauseated just making this list).

Some surprises in there, but a lot of the old standard expected ones in there as well.

“…ullgh…ummmph…mmmph….ugghhh”

(Sorry, just a little vomit in my mouth)…

Subway: I will have an occasional Subway sandwich on the weekends.  I’ll opt for their mayo as the topping but only in 1/4 the amount they’d normally use, and load the veges on my turkey and cheeze italian roll.

These sandwiches taste almost “sweet” to me, like I’m eating some sort of dessert.

And, without exception, I don’t feel all that great afterwards.

But it’s one of my “fun foods” that I can cheat with, and I might do a Toco Bell if I’m desperate (but haven’t for years now).

The last time I had McDonalds, about five years or so ago (I had a few fries from my friend’s batch) I arrived home (we were on the road) with a raging headache, feeling like total crap and almost threw up.

If you’re interested in my health fat loss program at facelessfatloss.com…do not expect me to suggest any form of fast food be included in your diet, except on a very minimal basis, and ordering the blandest of choices, only for cheating or desperation if food is needed and nothing else is around.

There’s a reason these foods taste good.  They are designed to addict you, and get you buying more.  They have stock holders to answer to in most (all?) of these cases.

Just because it’s edible, does NOT mean it is in any way healthy food.

It just means it won’t instantly kill you.

But it might instantly make you feel like total crap.

Gym Etiquette: Do NOT talk to me when I’m mid-exercise…Thanks.

It’s a pet peeve those of us have who have been going to gyms for a long time, are there mostly for business (with just a bit of social distraction) and need to focus and get our work done…

We’re right in the middle of some pretty tough reps, basically going an 80% to all-out 100%, and someone will ask if we’re going to the next machine or (whatever other question).

It is frustrating, since we can’t understand how the third party can’t tell that we’re in a mode of concentrated exertion.

And that being distracted could even lead to injury under certain circumstances.

So please…it’s important:

Just let the person finish out what they’re doing, and allow them a few seconds to catch their breath and recover.  If you interfere in the middle of their set you will either frustrate them a great deal, or possibly even create an injury situation, neither of which you want to do.

It seems like common sense, but it happens just often enough that it needs to be mentioned.  Perhaps some people are not at the gym working as hard or seriously as others.  So there may be a lack of perspective and understanding in that regard.

Just know that a great many of us there ARE serious about what we’re doing, and to always wait until we’ve finished a set and taken a few breaths before you ask them anything or comment.

And please don’t stand next to the machine as if you’re impatiently waiting.

That often just outright pisses us off.  Find something else to do just like we do in the same situation.  The body parts do NOT have follow exact sequences the vast majority of the time.

Enough said.

Question about Apple Cider Vinegar and Candida:

Subject: Re: FACELESSFATLOSS: Grains, Fungus, Fat.
To: “Maintenance Motions”
Date: Wednesday, July 18, 2012, 6:36 PM

HiI am not sure if you will talk about this.  But apple cider vinegar (raw) has helped me tremendously with so many things.  I drink it with water slowly all day.  About a teaspoon with every glass of water I have.  I also use it in my hair and skin as a toner.  Also, home grown wheat grass shots.  Thoughts?

Jennifer

I will NOT talk about it!!  NO WAY!!!

(sorry)…;p

Why do you think I would not talk about anything, ever?

I guess I’m not letting my audience know just how open a book I am.

ACV is in my experience very VERY individualized.  Those with severe and/or chronic yeast/fungal issues do not do well with anything that is fermented, even with the best of the best, ACV.  Wonderful potassium content that is beneficial to many, alkalizing, but in my opinion and that of a respected anti-candida doctor, it needs to be avoided for those with fungus, at least in the initial stages.

If one’s health is in reasonable condition, it seems to serve people excellently.  I’ve used it a bunch, and enjoy the taste so much I can down straight shots of it (but I don’t).

Watch the acidity on the teeth.

Outside of that, have a ball if it’s working for you, and stick with what works!  I would not want to see anyone using much of any other kind of vinegar, and it’s the only one I reference in any of my materials.  I used to have a recipe guide and it was mentioned in there on occasion.

Are Organic Foods Worth the Cost?

Very simply…

“Yes.”

But allow me to qualify it:

There ARE farms that grow their fruits for example, at standards that exceed those labeled “organic.”  Please remember that the organic label is one designated by a governmental regulatory agency.  And that the standards that apply to “organic” and and do change over time.

But as with most everything relating to governmental regulation, there is a small percentage of “good” being done, while most of the rest of it is abused and/or somehow warped.

This seems to mostly be common knowledge now.  People just tend to “know” this as the nature of government.  (Kinda sad, but I won’t expand further on it).

The point is, the standards that are supposed to be adhered to are at least somewhat strict.  The fruits must pass specific growing standards in order to obtain this label, and the non-organic fruits for example, are simply exposed to far too many pesticides that have far too little research behind them demonstrating their safety over the course of time…years to decades.

Above all however, hopefully common sense dictates the choice:

I certainly don’t need any studies to attempt to prove to me that ingesting any poison over any length of time is worth saving a little money.

My health and well-being are far far far more important to me, and hence minimizing my exposure to toxic pesticides.

I remain shocked at how people are willing to save a little money in exchange for loading toxins into their bodies on a daily basis.

“Money-Money-Money.”

Replacing Ice Cream with Frozen Fruit.

Ice cream was always my weekend cheat food.  It was my “go-to” cheat that I would indulge in, having reached maintenance phase and I often looked forward to it a great deal, really able to indulge, but while not going too crazy with toppings and whatnot.

I would opt only for the Turkey Hill natural brand or Bryers, the varieties of both that contained very few ingredients with no additives.

The only thing I was contending with was a huge sugar dump and some likely poor quality dairy.

A new organic ice cream came out at my local grocer, but I never got around to trying it, and may sometime soon.

But in the meantime, I decided to just do fruit smoothies on the weekends instead.

I was anxious to see if I could get used to them as an option.

Like anything, it took a few weeks to stop craving the ice cream, but it did happen.  What I like most about this new option is that I get a load of fiber to help “chase” the other cheat foods I have on the weekends (often a restaurant dinner like Mexican or Thai) and help ensure a healthy and easy “exit” the following morning of that food.

So, so far, so good.

At this point, there is even a chance that I am too LOW on sugars overall, considering my workout routines.

So I’m monitoring that as well.

Proven Relief for Shingles

It simply makes sense.

Vitamin C is an incredibly potent anti-viral nutrient.

I’ve experimented with mega-dosing, and as long as it is done correctly, responsibly, and with respect for the vitamin, it is an incredibly potent and effective medicinal vitamin.  Pretty much no disputing it.

In a recent issue of Medical Science Monitor reported on the results of using an IV of C for two weeks to obtain overwhelmingly huge results…almost 95% of the subjects seem to have obtained tremendous benefits.

The amount of C they used surprised me, as being somewhat lower than I imagined.  The specifics were not mentioned, but I’m going on the assumption that they used a sodium ascorbate as the IV solution, and they did not mention whether oral ascorbic acid may have been used in conjunction, which would have been my chosen route for full saturation.

Every time these items are reported, I can’t help but get a bit angry.

Why hasn’t this been tried and reported on decades ago, while countless people (including someone I know closely) have suffered with the pain involved in dealing with this condition?

It makes me want to…

…I can’t even say what it makes me want to do to some specific organizations that seem absolutely determined to keep relatively safe and yet highly effective alternative solutions out of the public’s reach.

For more on how I have mega-dosed vitamin C, head over to www.MaintenanceMotions.com.  You can find into about it in the supplement drop-down menu that covers the basics and my opinions.
